Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account and may subject you to civil and criminal liability.

You retain all ownership rights in your User Content, but by posting User Content on modelmatchdesk.com, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Site and our services.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content; (b) your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person or entity; and (c) the posting of your User Content does not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party.
You agree not to post User Content that: (a) is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; (b) infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party; (c) contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware; or (d) contains false or misleading information.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, and remove User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We do not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.
7. Disclaimers

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, MODEL MATCH DESK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MODEL MATCH DESK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE, ITS SERVERS, OR EMAILS SENT FROM MODEL MATCH DESK ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Model Match Desk does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site and does not adopt, endorse, or accept responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by any party other than Model Match Desk. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in content posted by users or third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MODEL MATCH DESK, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Termination

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware for the resolution of any disputes.
